Neel Mehta
Patricia Munchel serves as senior vice president and chief human resources officer at PAE and oversees talent strategy and infrastructure designed to support the company’s more than 15,000 employees worldwide.
She came to PAE in October 2014 after working as an HR executive in the information technology services business of Harris Corp.
Munchel joined Harris in 2007 when the company acquired Multimax, where she directed HR operations.
Before Multimax, she held HR leadership positions at Science Applications International Corp. and WorldCom for eight years.
Patricia received her Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University with continued graduate studies from the University of Virginia.
