Paul Cofoni, a former CACI International president and CEO, has joined Camber Corp. as a member of the board of directors.
“Camber will benefit greatly from Paul’s wealth of knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and federal market operations,†Camber Chairman Walter Batson, said Wednesday.
Bert Notini, a Camber board member, said Cofoni also brings experience in federal civilian, defense, intelligence and national security programs to the company.
Cofoni held the president and CEO roles at CACI from 2007 to 2012 and served in leadership positions at Computer Sciences Corp. and General Dynamics.
