Connie Crawford, a senior vice president at Louis Berger, has been promoted to lead the firm’s rail and transit global practice.
She will lead the firm’s pursuits of major global mass transit market sector projects, Louis Berger announced Wednesday.
“Since joining Louis Berger in 2009, Connie has brought valuable experience leading the development of large-scale transportation infrastructure projects,” said Larry Walker, executive VP for global strategy and development at Louis Berger.
Crawford most recently led Louis Berger’s U.S.-based transportation engineering division and is also a former SVP and chief engineer for the New York City Transit Authority.
She also has served as chief engineer for the city’s transportation department.
