Global Technology Resources Inc. sought to emphasize the value of using technology to address cybersecurity issues in enterprises at the company’s annual sales kickoff meeting.
The GTRI event featured keynote speakers Matthew Eversmann, a two-decade military veteran, and Luis Benitez, a leadership development consultant, according to a Jan 28 blog post by GTRI Solutions Architect Dave Herrald.
Herrald says GTRI has been collaborating with Cisco, Splunk and other technology firms to develop intelligence platforms for organizations to monitor and stop advanced cyber threats.
“We believe this shift from traditional prevention to detection and response is critical, and we look forward to helping customers meet the challenge,” Herrald writes.
The consulting solutions integrator also formed partnerships with Citrix, EMC, NetApp and VMware, according to Herrald’s blog post.
