Neel Mehta
Kim Burke serves as the managing director of the public institutions group of Jones Lang LaSalle, where she handles privatization programs, federal financial management and federal real estate and strategic planning functions.
Burke also works on initiatives related to program performance measurement, federal legislation, regulatory assistance and Office of Management and Budget scoring and accounting.
A 19-year industry veteran, she has helped strategize real estate and privatization programs for the departments of Defense, Energy and Veterans Affairs; the General Services Administration; and other agencies.
Burke joined JLL from Ernst & Young, where she served as a principal and acted as E&Y’s engagement partner for Walter Reed Army Medical Center Building.
Before joining the private sector, Burke served as OMB’s chief analyst for federal credit policy and a budget analyst at the Congressional Budget Office.
She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia.
Burke is also a member of the American Association of Budget and Program Analysis, Association of Defense Communities and the Association of Government Accountants.Â
