Calibre Receives ISO IT Service Mgmt System Certification; Joe Martore Comments

Calibre SystemsÂ has obtained certification from theÂ International Organization for Standardization for the Alexandria, Virginia-based company’s information technology service management systems.

TheÂ ISO 20000-1:2011 designation reflects Calibre’s efforts toÂ manage delivery of IT services, implement process improvement strategies and serve clients, the companyÂ said Wednesday.

Joe Martore, president and CEO of CALIBRE, said the company will work to maintain ISO certification as the firm aims to expand its portfolio of IT systems and service offerings.
