Rockwell Collins has received a potential $10.7 million contract to provide sustaining engineering services for the avionics system of the U.S. Air Force‘s fleet of KC-10 tanker aircraft.
The company will perform work under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is scheduled to finish by Feb. 17, 2027, the Defense Department said Friday.
The Air Force obligated $1.9 million in fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds at the time of award.
The award comes a week after Rockwell Collins said it received a subcontract from CAE to build a visual display system for the French air force’s PC-21 training system.
