Cubic‘s global defense segment has received a three-year $2.3 million contract from the U.S. Army to help the service branch carry out training exercises for mission command systems.
Cubic Global Defense will support the Fort Benning, Ga.-based Maneuver Center of Excellence Clarke Simulation Center through mission command system training, technical support as well as virtual and gaming operations, Cubic said Tuesday.
Bill Toti, global defense president, said the company aims to support the service branch’s institutional education domain and work on leadership development to support warfighter missions.
Fort Benning’s Clarke Simulations Center offers courses in infantry and armor programs of instruction.
Cubic added that simulation training will also cover the active and reserve component in an effort to boost military readiness for future missions.
