Keeper Security has partnered with immixGroup, an Arrow company, to strengthen cybersecurity for the public sector and help organizations safeguard sensitive data and infrastructure.
Keeper Security said Friday the strategic partnership brings its zero-trust and zero-knowledge Privileged Access Management, or PAM, software and password management protections to federal, state and local government agencies, as well as higher education institutions.
What Is the Privileged Access Management Software?
KeeperPAM is a cloud-based platform designed to protect privileged accounts, passwords, passkeys, secrets and remote access through a unified approach. The comprehensive tool can lessen credential-based breaches by enabling secure password and secrets management, session management and advanced remote browser isolation. It also has features that enforce least-privilege policies, real-time monitoring and detailed audit trails.
The software enables organizations to have strong and reliable access controls. In addition, KeeperPAM facilitates their compliance with comprehensive cybersecurity regulations, including the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, or FedRAMP, and the Federal Information Security Management Act, or FISMA.
Through the collaboration, Keeper can capitalize on immixGroup’s extensive public sector experience to facilitate large-scale adoption of KeeperPAM’s advanced cybersecurity tools. This enables federal and educational organizations to respond to the growing cyberthreats.
“We are excited to work with immixGroup to bring best-in-class cybersecurity solutions to the public sector,” said Scott Unger, director of global channel account management at Keeper Security. “KeeperPAM’s capabilities, including secure password management, session monitoring and compliance reporting, will provide government and educational organizations with the security and visibility they need to protect against modern cyber threats.”
