Employee-owned technology firm Equitus has created a subsidiary that will market data analytics intelligence system offerings to defense organizations and named Ronald Corsetti, former director at Raytheon Technologies‘ Collins Aerospace business, to lead the new unit.
The retired U.S. Army colonel and now Equitus National Security Group president has over three decades of experience in the defense sector, the Florida-based firm said Tuesday.
Corsetti previously served as director of strategy and business development in the applied research and development division of Collins Aerospace.
Robert Guidry, founder and CEO of Equitus, expressed his belief that establishing NSG was necessary to remain focused on defense tech development and delivery.
NSG’s open architecture intelligence software is designed to enable users to customize analytical calculations and workflows in cloud and containerized intelligence environments. Its data fabric works to unify information provenance, security and knowledge graph relationships.
