Commercial cloud software-as-a-service models and the Department of Homeland Security’s Procurement Innovation Lab will be the key points of discussion among representatives from Paperless Innovations, DHS and Amazon Web Services at an upcoming GovCon Wire virtual event.
Paperless Innovations said SaaS applications have driven some federal agencies to seek modern approaches to structure contracts and cited work at the DHS PIL to facilitate experimentation with acquisition methods to promote best practices.
Mike Tocci, CEO of Paperless Innovations, will join DHS personnel at GovCon Wire’s “Webinar: Elevating Procurement in the Cloud-First Era” on Nov. 17 to offer their audience a first-hand perspective on the topic.
