The U.S. Air Force has announced that the follow-on vehicle for information technology services in support of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center will be a potential 10-year, $778 million multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The service said in a notice posted Tuesday that it intends to compete the Communications and Enterprise IT Support Services IDIQ as a small business set-aside program and is working to finalize the process of releasing the request for proposals.

NASIC will use the COMET contract to acquire services across the areas of IT service desk, cybersecurity, software administration, accounts management, network services, data center operations, video teleconferencing, cloud and systems engineering, among others.

The service issued a draft RFP for the recompete contract in December.
