San Francisco-based company BetterUp will deliver mobile-based professional coaching services for the workforce of NASA and the Federal Aviation Administration as part of a new partnership.
The partnership will equip the agencies' executives and frontline supervisors with BetterUp's professional coaching tool in the coming months to assist them in team development efforts, the company said Thursday.
The tool utilizes behavioral science concepts and artificial intelligence to provide one-on-one coaching support to users and produce sustainable behavior changes.
According to a report, the platform matches employees with the right coaches for their needs and employs AI to personalize users' individual learning experiences.
"We are honored to make BetterUp accessible to some of our nation’s most valued public servants at the FAA and NASA," said Alexi Robichaux, CEO and co-founder of BetterUp.
Established in 2013 by Robichaux and Eduardo Medina, BetterUp's network of more than 2K coaches offers interactive professional development content, real-time insights, analytics and coaching services in 49 languages across 66 countries.
