McKean Defense has received three contracts worth a total of $62M to provide support services to Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific and Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. It will carry out sustainment and technical support efforts for NIWC PAC’s developmental, demonstration and experimental technologies, McKean Defense said Monday.
In addition, the NIWC PAC contract will include task orders for the performance of engineering, management, and logistics services for the Department of Homeland Security, Naval Sea System Command, NAVWAR and Naval Facilities Engineering Command.
Meanwhile, the NSWC PD contracts will cover support tasks for the U.S. Navy’s Ships Navigation and Integration Bridge Systems and machinery control platforms for DDG Flight IIA and DDG Flight III vessels.
Performance of work under the contracts will take place in California, Philadelphia and at various seaports within the U.S., in addition to locations in Spain and Japan.
