Jeff Shen Promoted to Red Team Consulting President

Jeff Shen, a 20-year federal contracting and business development veteran, has been promoted to president of Red Team Consulting.

He succeeds Carole Stoebe, who will transition to a new role as executive chair, and will oversee Red Team’s day-to-day operations, growth strategy, business and corporate development and client relations, the company said Monday.

Before he joined the company in 2006, Shen helped drive growth in multiple sales and marketing organizations. He previously served as a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council.

Reston, Va.-based Red Team proposal development, cost and pricing, capture strategy and training services to government contracting firms.
