Science Applications International Corp. and IronArch Technology have entered into an agreement that allows the service-disabled, veteran-owned company to receive business guidance and counsel through the Department of Defense‘s protege-mentor program.
SAIC will help IronArch pursue new business opportunities, establish a corporate infrastructure and implement cloud and cybersecurity technologies, the companies said in a joint statement released Monday.
Joe Punaro, IronArch CEO, said the company plans to leverage its mentor’s technology and defense market experience in efforts to grow offerings.
“We are thrilled to have access to the experience of the SAIC team as we carry out our growth strategy and support larger and more complex engagements at the DoD,†Punaro added.
IronArch provides consulting support to government clients in the cloud engineering, network modernization, high-performance computing, financial management and data center consolidation areas.
