Prith Banerjee, a senior client partner at consulting firm Korn Ferry, has been named to Cubic‘s board of directors in a move that takes effect on Saturday.
Cubic said Thursday Banerjee will advise the San Diego-based company’s leadership team on innovation efforts and brings research, development, technology, engineering and academic work experience to the board.
He currently oversees Korn Ferry’s internet-of-things and digital transformation advisory services and serves as a board member at Cray.
His industry career also includes leadership positions at HP Labs, Accenture, Schneider Electric and ABB.
He established software companies AccelChip and BINACHIP and spent 22 years at University of Illinois as a dean, chairman and professor.
