CACI International has received a potential five-year, $23 million contract to continue to help the Defense Department update and maintain an enterprise financial management system.
The company said Monday it will provide onsite financial management support, as well as help design, build, test, implement and sustain an Oracle Enterprise Business System platform for the department.
DeEtte Gray, president of CACI’s U.S. operations and a 2018 Wash100 recipient, said the company will support DoD’s efforts to standardize financial management and accounting functions for all its components through the Defense Agencies Initiative.
The department deployed an enterprise financial platform that currently supports more than 40,000 users as part of audit readiness efforts.
CACI will also help DoD adapt “agile” software development methods under the contract.
The contract represents continued work for the company’s business systems market area.
