Raytheon has received a potential $87.1 million contract to supply updated high definition/target location accuracy turrets to the U.S. Air Force and France.
The Defense Department said Wednesday the fixed-price-incentive contract covers the production of 44 AN/DAS-4 AN/DAS-4 Multi-Spectral Targeting System Model B turrets as well as one lot of initial spares, shop replaceable units, associated data.
The intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems group of Raytheon’s space and airborne systems segment will perform contract work through Nov. 30, 2019.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center will obligate $62.2 million in fiscal 2016 aircraft procurement; $19.6 million in fiscal 2017 aircraft procurement; and $5.3 million in foreign military sales funds at the time of award.
