Kroll has named Cem Ozturk, Katy Shanahan, Greg Michaels and Fernanda Barroso as managing directors for four of the professional investigative and risk consulting services provider’s offices.
The company said Thursday Ozturk and Shanahan, former associate managing directors at Kroll’s investigations and disputes business, will respectively manage operations in Singapore and Massachusetts.
Michaels, former associate managing director for the cyber investigations practice, will oversee the firm’s business in Secaucus, New Jersey.
Barroso, former associate managing director for investigations and disputes at Kroll’s Sao Paulo, Brazil office, will be managing director of the same office.
Kroll CEO David Fontaine said the four appointees have demonstrated a commitment to foster core company values such as client service excellence and deep professional knowledge during their career at the company.
