Kratos Defense and Security Solutions has received a $10.5 million task order to help a Defense Department command update a closed network built to support a cyberspace weapon system.
The company said Wednesday it aims to modernize and expand the capacity of the network for DoD command users to manage network operations and defense missions.
Paul Westover, a Kratos vice president, said the company offers cybersecurity testing, monitoring and hardening products designed to help customers reduce vulnerabilities and risks in terrestrial and space environments.
Kratos has subcontracted CyberDefenses to help fulfill the task order issued through the General Services Administration‘s Alliant contract vehicle.
