PatientPoint has partnered with The Veteran Group to offer point-of-care education and engagement platforms to the Department of Veterans Affairs and other federal healthcare providers.
The Veteran Group will deploy and install PatientPoint’s health technology products at government customer facilities in an effort to help improve clinician-patient communication, PatientPoint said Thursday.
Larry Carver, president and CEO of The Veteran Group, the partnership aims to help VA engage and educate military veterans to manage their health at the point of care through technology.
PatientPoint expects to influence patient-physician discussions across 51,000 offices and 1,000 hospitals in the U.S. by the end of 2018.
The company’s offerings feature digital signage, interactive touchscreens and other tools designed to help care providers manage patient experience.
