Gigi Schumm, a founding partner of Accelerated Government Strategies, has been named senior vice president of worldwide sales at Reston, Virginia-based cybersecurity firm ThreatQuotient.
ThreatQuotient said Wednesday Schumm brings more than 25 years of sales and services experience to her new position and aims to help drive the company’s revenue growth and global channel strategy.
“Gigi’s track record of success and demonstrated understanding of the cybersecurity industry makes her a great asset for ThreatQuotient’s go-to-market strategy of both direct and channel partner sales,” CEO John Czupak said.
Schumm has co-hosted Federal News Radio’s “Women of Washington” weekly program since 2014.
She previously held various leadership roles at Apple, Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Symantec.
