ICF has received nearly $7 million in additional funds to assist the New York Department of Transportation in efforts to manage the state’s corridors in a multimodal manner.
The company said Monday it will provide program development, operational, marketing, outreach and customer services to downstate programs and extend these programs across the upstate area.
ICF and NYSDOT will also collaborate to facilitate the state’s second major integrated corridor management project as well as advance transportation systems management and operations programs statewide.
“We understand the technologies, systems and integrated strategies to optimize the transportation network across the state and we look forward to continuing to help NYSDOT in their implementation,” said Anne Choate, an ICF senior vice president.
ICF booked the supplemental funding award in the third quarter of its 2016 fiscal year under the Statewide Active and Transportation Demand Management support contract.
