Robert Bradway, president and CEO of biotechnology firm Amgen, has joined Boeing’s board of directors.
“[Bradway’s] accomplishments in business, operations and finance will serve Boeing well as he applies his broad-based experience to aerospace,†Dennis Muilenburg, Boeing chairman, president and CEO, said in a statement released Friday.
Bradway will serve on the board’s finance and audit committees.
Bradway has been with Amgen for almost a decade and has served in various senior leadership roles since he moved to the firm in 2006, such as chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Prior to Amgen, he served as a managing director at Morgan Stanley and was responsible for the company’s corporate finance operations in Europe.
Bradway is a board member of Norfolk Southern Corp., sits on the University of Southern California’s board of trustees and serves as chairman of nonprofit organization CEO Roundtable on Cancer.
