USmax has received a contract modification to exercise the five-year option period on its General Services Administration STARS II governmentwide acquisition contract for information technology service offerings to federal government clients.
The company said Wednesday it will continue to provide its cybersecurity, technical and physical security, IT infrastructure management and enterprise application services via the STARS II contract through Aug. 30, 2021.
USmax secured a position in 2011 on the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, which works to promote small businesses’ IT services and IT services-based offerings to government customers.
The company is eligible to provide services under four functional areas within the first of two tiers in STARS II, namely custom computer programming, computer systems design, computer facilities management and other computer related services.
