OGSystems has received a $3.8 million contract to provide new technology and approaches in support of efforts to modernize training programs at the U.S. Navy‘s Center for Security Forces.
The company said Monday it will employ immersive engineering, lean startup and agile methods, as well as utilize virtual and augmented reality platforms to help transform the Navy’s training efforts.
Garrett Pagon, OGSystems president and co-founder, said the company aims to assist the Navy in implementing high-velocity training programs.
CENSECFOR, headquartered in Little Creek, Virginia, is one of the Naval Education and Training Command‘s 13 learning centers and has 14 training locations around the world.
OGSystems provides technology designed to address geospatial intelligence and big data analytics challenges at Defense Department, federal government and intelligence community clients.
