Rob Cross is a professor of management at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, where he teaches and studies about the application of social network analysis ideas to business.
He has collaborated with nearly 300 companies, government agencies and nonprofit organizations to develop innovation, revenue growth, leadership and talent management strategies.
Cross authored the book, titled “Driving Results through Social Networks,” which incorporates ideas he gained from research programs.
He has also written articles for publications such as the Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, California Management Review, Academy of Management Executive, Organizational Dynamics, Business Week, Fortune, The Financial Times, Time Magazine, Wall Street Journal, CIO and Fast Company.
