MIL Corp. has received a contract from the Congressional Research Service to provide service desk support for more than 800 Library of Congress users.
Under the contract, MIL’s information technology team will work to operate call centers, repair hardware, configure operating systems and application images, set up audio and video conference room and manage assets, the company said Monday.
Work will also include workstation, network and telecommunications troubleshooting, workstation image deployment and documentation services.
“Given our 15 year history with CRS, I know we will continue to build upon the great foundation that is already in place onsite,” said Marisa Daley, MIL chief operating officer.
MIL will also carry out telephone and on-site technical support for CRS computing systems and IT infrastructure.
