Suzanne Wilson-Houck, formerly vice president of business development at the Intelligence and National Security Alliance, has been appointed as the first chief operating officer of the public-private nonprofit organization.
She will lead the alliance’s strategic direction, planning, marketing and business development initiatives in her new position, INSA said Friday.
“Thanks to her leadership, business acumen, and commitment to membership service, INSA’s financial health and brand have never been stronger,” said Letitia Long, INSA chairman.
Wilson-Houck previously served as VP of marketing at Ripple Communications before she joined INSA in 2012.
Prior to Ripple, she was director of business development at information technology services company Altron and marketing and BD manager for a regional airport in Virginia.
