Neel Mehta
Jean Cain serves as vice president and chief human resources officer at Noblis, where she leads the company’s human resources and organization development division.
Cain joined Noblis in 2008 after she served as manager for leadership development and HR business partner at Mitre.
At Mitre, she helped develop a business partner model for HR, a performance management and development system and leadership development programs.
The 25-year human resources veteran has also worked as the VP of HR and organization development at MCT Federal Credit Union, HR manager at Sallie Mae and a recruiter at CDSI.
Cain earned her master’s degree in human resources management from Marymount University, a bachelor’s degree in business and psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an executive coaching certificate from Georgetown University.
