Carahsoft Technology has agreed to sell Aconex‘s cloud-based collaboration tools to U.S. government agencies through a General Services Administration schedule contract.
Aconex’s collaboration platforms are designed to help contractors and owners work with other project teams in cloud environments and perform feasibility, design and other functions throughout the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, Aconex said Thursday.
“With increasing pressure on federal spending and demand for infrastructure, project-wide collaboration for capital projects has become key to delivering value to the U.S. government and the American people,” said Chris Dobbyn, senior vice president of corporate development at Aconex.
Aconex will work with Carahsoft to sell and promote its products through the GSA Advantage! online shopping system.
Carahsoft will also conduct a free webinar on Aconex’s cloud collaboration platforms on Jan. 20.
