Neel Mehta
Arnold Morse serves as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at information technology services contractor Client Network Services Inc.
Morse oversees CNSI’s legal department and contracting operations, as well as the sale of IT and healthcare services to federal government customers.
Prior to CNSI, Morse worked for more than two decades at CACI International and his last roles there were SVP, corporate secretary and chief legal officer.
He spent three years at Orkand Corp. and was responsible for corporate compliance, government and commercial contracts, intellectual property and corporate governance functions for the company until its acquisition by Harris Corp. in 2004.
He joined IT company Klein Technologies in 2000 as VP and general counsel.
Morse received his undergraduate degree from Union College and holds a juris doctorate from Boston College Law School.
