Boeing, Flatirons Solutions and General Electric have inked an agreement to pursue business opportunities related to Denmark’s plan to replace its F-16 aircraft fleet.
Flatirons will integrate its CORENA suite software into the Boeing F/A-18 Super Hornet to comply with the Danish fighter replacement program’s requirements, Flatirons said Wednesday.
GE’s F414-GE-400 engine powers the Super Hornet plane.
“Flatirons is proud to partner with aviation and defense leaders like Boeing and GE to offer this entry to the Royal Danish Air Force,†said Geoffrey Godet, Flatirons CEO.
The team will use the CORENA software to manage Denmark’s Super Hornet aircraft maintenance and engine maintenance manuals.
