cybersecurityNetwork Integrity Systems and CyberSecure IPS have teamed up to provide platforms for industry and government agencies that seek to secure their physical network infrastructures from cyber attacks.

NIS said Wednesday it will combine its Interceptor CS and Vanguard CS offerings with CyberSecure’s Infrastructure Management System under the partnership.

“NIS has long recognized that a missing component in our product line was a software system overlay for streamlining processes associated with alarm management and response,” said Joe Giovannini, president and CEO of NIS.

Interceptor CS and Vanguard CS from NIS work to safeguard fiber optic cables and interconnection points from network attacks and allow investigators to profile processes used in cyber attacks through the Fiber Forensics tool.

CyberSecure IMS is designed to monitor and secure classified fiber networks and other physical infrastructures from network intrusions.
