The SBD Alliant joint venture of 15 small businesses will provide customer relationship management software and integration services to the State Department in support of the Bureau of Consular Affairs’ operational modernization efforts.
Qbase, a member of the JV, said Monday the CRM contract has a one-year base period of performance and four option years.
“We are extremely proud to be able to support the DoS Consular Affairs Passport program — our first award under the GSA Alliant Small Business vehicle,” said Qbase CEO Steve Baldwin.
The company noted that its CRM offering integrates Oracle and Siebel software to provide analytical, transactional and customer engagement services.
