Neel Mehta
Harish Luthra serves as the consulting lead at SAP National Security Services — or SAP NS2 — and holds responsibility for program oversight, North American staff development and business development.
He previously served as the national vice president of SAP Public Services, where he oversaw professional services sales and delivery for government clients, aerospace and defense corporations, and higher education institutions.
Luthra helped to implement projects for the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Postal Service, U.S. Army Medical Materiel Agency, state of Kentucky, and the cities of San Diego and Portland.
Luthra holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.
