Paul Raleigh, formerly global leader for strategic development and growth at Grant Thornton, has taken a new role as global leader for growth and advisory services at the professional services firm.
He succeeds the retiring Nigel Ruddock and will also serve as regional leader for the company’s European business, Grant Thornton said Thursday.
Grant Thornton CEO Ed Nusbaum noted that Raleigh “brings a strong advisory background and is the ideal leader to help Grant Thornton clients unlock their potential for growth.”
“My aim is to build on Grant Thornton’s strengths and support our member firms in winning work together globally,” Raleigh said.
He previously served as managing partner of the company’s Irish business for nine years before he joined the global leadership team in 2012.
