Lockheed Martin has begun to demonstrate a new electronic warfare pod in an anechoic chamber.
The electronic warfare package contains a suite of systems in one unit and fits various platforms, Lockheed said Thursday.
Brigitte Aungier, Lockheed’s EW business development head, said the company’s electronic warfare offering is designed “to understand the electromagnetic battlespace through passive detection capabilities for advanced threats, advanced countermeasures and a framework to easily integrate future upgrades.â€
