TASC, an Engility Holdings subsidiary, will exhibit its geospatial intelligence applications technology platform at the four-day U.S. GEOINT Foundation’s 2015 Symposium in Washingto, which starts Monday.
Engility said Wednesday TASC designed the Innovative GEOINT App Provider Program for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency to help application developers create mapping applications with unclassified geospatial information.
IGAPP is intended to act as a broker between government agencies and vendors that plan to purchase geospatial platforms via NGA’s GEOINT App Store, according to the company.
Event attendees will also see TASC’s open architecture-based Enterprise Content Management platform, which is designed to help stakeholders in the intelligence community to create and distribute intelligence data.
Dave Waldrup, strategic adviser at TASC, will join a panel discussion on open source GEOINT application development.
