ReaperA General Atomics business unit and Cobham have agreed to extend their partnership to provide through-life support services for the former’s Predator B/MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial vehicles.

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and Cobham will collaborate to offer logistics support services for users of remotely piloted UAVs in the U.K. and Australia, General Atomics said Tuesday.

“Cobham and GA-ASI have been working in partnership for more than ten years to cover UAV whole life support requirements,” said Peter Nottage, president of Cobham’s aviation services business.

“We look forward to continuing working with our U.S. partner to deliver such support services,”

The Reaper is designed for use in high-altitude surveillance operations.
