Kendall Clinton, a program manager at a support contract of IAP Worldwide Services in Washington, has received the Patriot Award from the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve’s Maryland Committee for his contributions to the reserve military force.
“The skills Guard and Reserve employees learn in the National Guard bring extraordinary value to the workplace,†Doug Kitani, chief executive of IAP Worldwide Services, said Wednesday.
“Hiring and supporting them is not just the right thing to do; it is the business-smart thing to do,†added Kitani, an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2015.
IAP Worldwide Services works to provide facilities management, logistics and technical support services for government and commercial enterprises.
