Appian has received a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program authorization for the company’s cloud offerings.
The company said Wednesday it would seek to provide security risk management and program transparency for federal operations with the FedRAMP approval.
Myles Weber, vice president of cloud and community services at Appian, said the FedRAMP authorization demonstrates the company’s efforts to deliver cloud services for application delivery.
The Federal Transit Authority issued the authorization to Appian cloud and the FedRAMP Program Management Office performed the verification process.
FedRAMP serves as the federal government-wide program for security assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring on cloud offerings.
