The FBI‘s National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force is seeking information on software technologies with knowledge management functions to handle cyber threats as a threat intelligence platform.
In the notice posted May 7 on FedBizOpps, FBI said the technology should have functionality for data aggregation, extraction of observable data that will be used to establish signatures, as well as data querying and filtering.
The technology should also enable the sharing and export of Structured Threat Information eXpression, flexible reporting, enrichment of data, data visualization and user collaboration.
According to the FBI, it is also looking for notification, administrative and incident response functions for TIP.
The bureau will accept capability statements in response to the RFI through May 22.
