Steve Rubley wears two hats at Thomson Reuters.
He serves as managing director of government segment at Thomson Reuters’ legal division with responsibility in carrying out growth strategies and managing a portfolio of businesses in the public sector.
Rubley is also the CEO of Thomson Reuters Special Services, which provides data and analytics tools for government and corporate clients.
Prior to his current roles, Rubley was vice president and general manager of risk and fraud at Thomson Reuters’ legal division.
He served as vice president and general manager of West Government Services, a division of Thomson Reuters.
Rubley held the position of vice president and general manager at ChoicePoint Government Services prior to it being acquired by Thomson Reuters in 2008.
He has also held management roles at CDB Infotek and Prentice Hall Online and served as a board member of the Federal for Identity and Cross-Credentialing Systems.
Rubley holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Denison University and a master’s degree in business administration from George Washington University.
