Michael Niggel serves as CEO of Advanced Concepts and Technologies International, where he oversees the analysis and development of business models for all major F-35 contractors.
Niggel performs business management, business case analyses, and cost estimating services for foreign military sales case managers for the JSF program office.
He also helps U.S. and international partners, and FMS program managers develop and negotiate contracts.
Niggel previously served as vice president and operations manager of technical and business solutions operations at Science Applications International Corp.
He was a presidential management intern with the U.S. Air Force and an analyst for the office of the defense secretary.
Niggel holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history from Hendrix College and a master’s degree in financial and policy analysis from Indiana University.
He is also a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College program manager’s course.
