Booz Allen Hamilton will provide consulting, engineering and technical support services for the U.S. Army after being chosen by the service as primary contractor for the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services blanket purchase agreement.
The company said Thursday the Express BPA multiple award contracting vehicle calls for the provision of advisory services for the military branch’s units, including the Research, Development and Engineering Command, Army Materiel Command, and the Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command.
Bob Smith, a senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton and a leader of the company’s defense work, said the deal will enable the company to provide mission-critical systems and related services designed to help improve the “warfighter’s effectiveness on the battlefield.â€
