The General Services Administration has said it plans to release two requests for proposals for the Office of Personnel Management‘s human capital and training services contract vehicle on May 19.
GSA said in a presolicitation notice published Wednesday that it will issue one RFP on an unrestricted basis and another as a total small business set-aside.
The Human Capital and Training Solutions contract vehicle will replace the OPM’s Training and Management Assistance contract vehicle.
In April 2014, OPM and GSA forged a partnership to manage the solicitation and award of the new multiple award contract vehicle in an effort to tailor the human capital and training services for agencies.
GSA said it could award multiple contracts under each RFP as governmentwide, multiple award and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task order contracts.
Submissions to the presolicitation notice are due by March 30, GSA said.
