Harris CapRock Offers New Managed Communications Service; Tracey Haslam Comments

A Harris Corp. subsidiary has launched an end-to-end managed communications service that provides satellite, terrestrial and wireless connectivity across the C, Ku and Ka frequency bands through an Intelligent Communications Director.

The company said Tuesday Harris CapRock Communications‘ Harris CapRock One offering combines multiple transport mediums and a multiband antenna as it works to cut management costs for voice, data and equipment.

“Customers want a solution that is flexible and optimizes their operations no matter where they are located, or how mobile their assets are,” said Tracey Haslam, president of Harris CapRock.

Harris CapRock One also operates with fiber, WiMax, LTE and terrestrial MPLS, as well as delivers intelligent routing functions via the ICD tool.
