The Washington State Health Care Authority has worked with CNSI to implement an integrated technology platform for managing social service and medical claim payments across the state.

CNSI said Wednesday the agency used the company’s ProviderOne provider payment technology to transition more than 4,300 local social service organizations to the state’s Medicaid Management Information System.

“Social service providers that provide care to clients who receive Medicaid can now submit claims online using the ProviderOne system,” said B. Chatterjee, CEO of CNSI.

Chatterjee added the system is designed to comply with federal requirements.

The company built the platform to also help users access payment history and authorizations, adjust claim submissions and select payment options electronically.
